About Biofeedback
Virtual biofeedback sessions use advanced technology to measure and analyze the body's physiological responses remotely. These sessions allow clients to track their stress levels, heart rate variability, brainwave activity, and other biometric data to improve their overall well-being.

How Virtual Biofeedback Works:

Assessment: Clients provide a voice scan, wearable sensor data, or other remote biofeedback tools that measure the body's responses.

Analysis: The system evaluates physiological patterns, detecting stress, emotional imbalances, or other poor mindset indicators.

Feedback: A biofeedback practitioner (like Nikki) interprets the data and guides the client through a personalized frequency session via zoom.

Progress Monitoring: Clients rescan to review their reports on their improvements and adjust their practices / sessions accordingly.
